> InfoUpgrade is an AI agency for independent insurance agencies and brokers, especially commercial P&C, in New York City and Long Island (primary market: Queens, Brooklyn and Nassau County). Typical work: renewal prep, certificate of insurance requests, 5-minute quote response and agency data cleanup, built to support New York DFS cybersecurity rules. Other professional services firms are considered case by case. It features three services. AI Jumpstart (the main offer, formerly AI Launch and the Upgrade Bundle): a ranked automation action plan and a hands-on workshop that puts the firm's first AI system live. Website Remake (formerly Agent Readiness): rebuilds the firm's website so it wins clients, and publishes its services, pricing and booking in formats AI assistants can read. Data Cleanup: turns messy spreadsheets, PDFs and CRM records into one clean, structured source AI can trust. Tagline: put your data to work. The AI Strategy Session is free (30 minutes) and is the first step for every engagement.
